Forms
Second, you'll need forms. A form is a collection of related fields grouped together for a purpose — this could be customer information or appointment details.

Third and finally, you'll need document templates. A document template connects your fields and forms together — for example, an appointment template that lets you link a customer. The final output is a document.

Need a schedule view? Enable it in the settings. We offer a few different views so you can find the one that fits your workflow. Don't need the schedule? Hide it. We don't lock you into rigid workflows.

Prothelio allows you to link documents together — connect an appointment to a customer, or an inventory item to an invoice. The possibilities are endless.

Searching on Prothelio makes finding relevant information easy. Find jobs, appointments, quotes, customers, and more with a simple query.

Use Prothelio to collect payments from customers and clients. At launch, we will support cash payments, with credit card and Cash App support coming later.
